Check who’s following you – make sure your followers are genuine and not just spam accounts – it’s not just about numbers, it’s also about the quality of followers.

Set objectives you can measure – yes be SMART and review your social media presence so you know what’s working and what’s not which will help reduce the time and effort you have to spend on this marketing channel.

Size does matter – make sure the images you use fit correctly within the post – nothing’s worse than only seeing half the image!

Contact details – make sure these are correct and consistent across all platforms.

Tagging and # are useful when you’re trying to attract a new audience.  Using the right keyword could get your content to an audience looking to find information on something that you have. – make it easy for people to find you!
